Terri and family,
I just read your message to Howard Schapiro. Oh my goodness! Shocked to read about Bill's passing. He was such a good person.
Sincere condolences.

He was such a kind and gentle person. I will miss seeing him on his walks. He always had something nice to say and greeted my sweet old dog with a smile. Love and hugs to Terri and the children.

Great quiet man. Would often stop over and talk to me about his soldier days in the last active duty Math unit.

I met Bill many, many, years ago when he first started dating Terry. They came to a New Years Eve party I had in Baltimore. I have a wonderful picture of them dancing together.
