Bill was like a brother to my sister and me and like a son to my mom and dad. He touched our lives in a very positive way. He was always good to people and treated those he cared about with love and respect. We will miss him so much. He loved his sons and was proud of them. We love Bill and will always have warm memories about him and our time with him.
