William Robert Carter

Carter family Bill and Dick taught me and the rest of the scouts so much when we were in scouts. The comradery we all had camping and hiking. I won the Litchfield competition for the troop 1968 great times. I will miss running across Bill at fairs and such, I spread the word to those of us that are left. Also to the East High School Alumni. Troop 45 forever I salute you. Ed Tysinger
