To the Clark family, I am so sorry I found out late of Billy´s passing. I write today on July 5th about a great friend who I admired all my life. Even though the years passed by and we did not see each other for a long time, Billy held a special place in my heart as a great friend who always had your back. He was brave and also a talented athlete. His entire family of brothers and sister were also predominant fixtures in my town of Linden NJ. My heart and deepest sympathies go out to the Clark family. I am do saddened by this news. God please receive my good friend and keep him safe with you until we all meet again. Tony Fotia
