Funeral services to honor the life of William Harris "Harry" Conner, Jr. will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 3, 2025 at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 502 East DeKalb Street, Camden, SC 29020. Rev. John Hallman will officiate. Interment will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia. Military Honors will be rendered by the US Army. Rev. Patrick Cherry will officiate. Memorials may be made to Bethesda Presbyterian Church.

Born in Timmonsville, SC, Harry was the son of the late William Harris Conner and Rosale Merchant Conner. He was the husband of Annette Jones Conner. Harry passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

Harry is survived by his wife of 61 years; son, William Harris Conner, III (Marie) of Joppa, MD; grandchildren, George Shields Conner, Duncan McKenzie Conner, and William Alan Conner; and his brother, Edward Conner (Laura) of Macon, GA.

In addition to his parents, Harry was predeceased by his sister, Mary Conner Gibson.
