DAVID WELKER

To the Couch family, Please accept my condolences. I knew and worked with Bill in the mid 90's when I was a FBI supervisor in Cincinnati. My recollections of Bill are that he was a good cop and more so a good person. I'm truly sorry for your loss. Dave Welker

My heart goes out to the Couch family.
What a great guy Bill was.
He will be remembered by many of us as a great baseball coach that taught us a love and appreciation for the game.
I often think back to those wonderful days on the Delshire ball fields, learning the game from him.
Also know he was a great police officer and served his community and the public proudly.
Thoughts and prayers to the entire Couch family.

Over a period of 20 years, I had the pleasure of working cases with Bill. He was a,ways pleasant, prepared, and highly professional...a good cop.

My cousin will be dearly missed. I remember when his dad, my uncle, passed, he wanted to give me Russell's driver license as he was carrying it in memory of him. I refused as I knew it was meant for him. It meant a great deal to me that he offered though. I was so very touched by that gesture. He was a great man and police officer. I'm sure my sister met him up in heaven. My deepest condolences and prayers of comfort to Janice, Susan, Bob, Lisa all his children and the rest of his family and friends.
