Rest in peace my friend. I'm sure that you'll have a pretty good audience to share all of your captivating stories. I can just see you and Charlie entertaining the crowd.

I to met Bill in the 7th grade but we did not become close until high school we was the friend we all need always willing to listen without judgment and generally had great words of wisdom to impart, but always with a loving heart and probably something funny (just to be sure you were listing). We always drifted apart in the years of working and raising kids but reconnected in our 60's and kept in touch, he would drive over from Mesa just to going fishing with us for a few days in Sand Diego and we had some great trips and good just to see each other. He and Julie visited us in Montana and we saw them a few times in AZ it didn't seem to make much difference how long it had been we picked right back up together and shares our lives and stories from the past and of course bragging rights on our grandkids. He was a good friend that will be missed by many.

It's truly saddened me to hear of Bill's passing. I have known Bill since we were in 7th Grade, and remained friends through all of these years. I recall first meeting Bill when were in the Burke Jr Band. We were both drummers, yet I found out very quickly that Bill was no ordinary drummer. I recall going to his home in Pico Rivera (which we all fondly call PR). and seeing this really neat drum set in his bedroom. It became very obvious pretty quickly that he wasn't any ordinary drummer, he was exceptional especially for his age. Bill was the life of any group in that he always had something to say and laughingly kept on saying . We had lost contact with each other after high school, but we had a chance to reconnect through classmates. Bill was an extremely loyal individual who would do anything for you. I recall when we first got together after so many years of not seeing each other we had a lot of ground to cover to get caught up with our life's journey. Bill shared many stories of other classmates that he was in contact with and supported emotionally. I recall when Tom Huestus passed away many years ago he was there to support Susie, I also recall his support for Charlie Patino during his battle with cancer, he was there to support him. Bill was truly one of a kind. Rest in Peace my friend.

We love you all so much and mourn with you. So many great happy memories of Bill and Julie and their young family sharing life with our young family in Mesa in the 1970's and 80's! John and Jill Price, Minnesota
