Shelbin and Wanda, There are no words that I or anyone could say to make your heart feel better. There are no magic tricks that can make the hurt disappear. There is however those of us who will in our own way try to make it better for you. Shelbin, Uncle Joe was good man. He was also the last of the old Culler men. His stories will be missed.and that wonderful smile. Please let me say it once more that I am so sorrry for your loss...
