William Joseph Dillstrom

William Joseph Dillstrom, age 77, of Springfield passed away at 1:30 p.m. on December 24, 2025, at Cox South Medical Center.

He was a member of First & Calvary Presbyterian Church in Springfield, Missouri. In Bill's early career, he was a radio and television announcer. Later, he also traveled and did promotions with Radio and television stations and worked as a sales representative for advertising agencies until retirement. He was known for his wonderful voice, both speaking and singing and was an accomplished photographer among many other talents.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle Mae (Temple) Dillstrom and Donelly Duane Dillstrom; his mother-in-law, Laura (White) Bagley and father-in-law, Clette S. Bagley.

He is survived by his wife, Lenora (Bagley) Dillstrom, of Springfield, MO; son, Bryan Henry Burkhart, grandson, Robin Zane Burkhart, brother, Robert Dillstrom, all of Springfield, MO; sister, Patricia (Dillstrom) Lee, of Olive Branch, MS; sister-in-law, Linda (Bagley) and husband Hooley Feathers, of Lebanon, MO; brothers-in-law, John Bagley and wife Jazmin, of Independence, MO, Larry Bagley, of Lebanon, MO, and Gary Bagley, of Lincoln, MO; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a future date.
