William Edward "Bill" Downey Jr.

Nicest, kindest person I´ve ever known.

I remember him as Billy, from grade school, Junior high and high school in Middletown. A class clown but also smart and witty. A good soccer player. And cute! My love and condolences to his family.

Middletown High School, what a wonderful person, Bill was so friendly and genuine.We shared homeroom and I always enjoyed seeing him and having conversations. What a sweet and funny guy, sail on Bill.Condolences to his wife and family.

I am so sorry and sad to hear about Bill´s passing. We worked together at IU. He was a very kind, caring and always wanted to help the students! My thoughts and prayers are with Judy and their family.
