He departed this life on September 15, 2025 and was preceded in death by Parents Jeff and Stella Duncan; brother, Jeff Jr.; sisters, Amanda and Ruby Jean.
He leaves to mourn his passing wife Henrietta; daughter, Deborah; grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson (Aaron); great-granchildren, Talayeh Johnson, Anthony Spann, Robert Spann and Mia Goins, nieces, Daisy Ann Jackson and Leslie Williams; nephew, Dewayne Daniels; and number amount of great grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
The visitation for William Paul Duncan will be held Friday, September 26th, 2025 5-7 PM, Funerals by T.S. Warden Fernandina Beach 410 Beech Street Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Interment in Private.
