Uncle Bill, you were warm, so funny, and great to be around. You will be deeply missed. We'll be thinking of his family today.

Thoughts
Times of Joy and laughter, times of rejoicing to God for the beauty of nature that he laid before us, times of tears and reflection. Hugs and Bills message of life's little anecdotes. These are the things that my friend William Billy McNulty taught me in my 26 years of friendship. Billy The Bishop as we called him. will forever be in our family's hearts and souls. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Connie and the McNulty family. The pain of loss is often intense because the gift of life is so strong. The fond memories are the dividends paid of a life well lived and one who loved and was loved by many. I write this with a tear in my eye... but a calm soul knowing my friend is at peace.

My thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to the entire McNulty family. Mr. McNulty was such a good, kind man - I spent so many hours at the McNulty house on lower Laurel growing up and enjoyed every minute with the Mayor. His words of wisdom, many shared with a Roger Whitaker record playing in the background ("I don't believe in if anymore"), stay with me to this day. I'm so fortunate to have known Mr. McNulty and his wonderful family, whom he loved so very much - God bless you all.
