William T. Eagleton, age 73, was born on 8 September 1951, in Fairbanks, AK. He resided in So. San Francisco, CA for over 39 years and spent his final days in San Francisco, CA., surrounded by family and close friends. He fought hard, but in the end he passed away peacefully on the 22nd of March 2025, after battling an aggressive cancer.
He is preceded in death by his parents William and Leonora and son James Eagleton. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cecilia Cuadra, three son's William Eagleton, Heber Smith, and Jonathan Eagleton, and eight grandchildren Mia, Celeste, Magnus, Maxwell, James, Jason, Catalina and Norma.
Bill was a good and forthright man, with a bit of a sense of humor and an interest in developing many skills. Some of his jobs were Electronics Technician, Research and Development Engineer, Wastewater Treatment Engineer and General Contractor. "By me being the boss, we're only going to do this once." He enjoyed calculations, gardening, bee keeping, caring for the family pets, chatting with the neighbors, and motorcycle riding as a pastime. He served in the Army and was honorably discharged.
A private cremation service will be held on the 27th of March 2025, for family and close friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
