I was lucky enough to know Billy and spend a lot of time with him over the years! He always made me laugh. I remember camping behind shoprite in the pouring rain.lol Billy would always take rides with me when no one else would. Even if it was just to the market. Even as adults he would always stop to say hi! It broke my heart to hear of his passing!! Rest easy Billy! To his family...I´m so sorry for your loss.
