William Egerter Obituary
Born Jan. 16, 1945, in Crafton, Pa., he was the son of the late William Conrad Egerter and the late Helen Marie Gates.
William was a caregiver in every sense of the word, thinking of others until the very end. After the passing of his wife, Carole Cosentino, whom he married on May 13, 1967, William found joy in spending time with his grandchildren, walking, collecting model cars, and playing cards with his friends at Park Manor. William will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his brother, Robert Egerter; his sister, Barbara Zappas; sister-in-law, Joanne Curtain; daughter-in-law, Lori A. Egerter; brother-in-law, Bernard Cosentino; grandson, Kevin Egerter; granddaughter, Melissa Egerter (John Chase); and great-granddaughter, Clara Chase.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Carole (Cosentino) Egerter; son, Kevin C. Egerter; and sister, Carol McGrath.
EGERTER - Friends of William "Bill" C. Egerter, who died Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of service at noon Friday with military honors following the service at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.
