William Edward Englehart, known to his loved ones as Funny Guy, Dad, Grandpa, Papa Yoda, Gwampa, Wilard, and Will, was born 01/15/1961 and passed away on 12/18/2025. Will lived a life of service, both as a rescue diver and a firefighter for over 20 years. He carried his spirit of service into every area of his life, even in his third act, as truck driver for ABF. He was a driver other drivers could always count on if they needed help or advice on the road. He always had a judgment-free ear and big, warm hug for anyone who needed it. Will’s hobbies included flying kites with his wife on windy days, being a Swiftie with his daughter, long talks with his son, competing annually in the California Truck Driving Championships with his friends, playing Xbox with his oldest grandson. Will also had a passion for aviation and model trains. Will is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Michele, his son Rob and his wife Breanna and grandchildren, Hunter, Paeja, Rhemington, Kodeyeahk, and Gentreigh. Will is also survived by his daughter Krystle and his beloved grandpuppy, Cocoopolis.
Will was preceded in death by his father Bob Englehart and son in-law John Kerr.
