William Fields Obituary

Mr. Fields was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church and was a truck driver. He served our country in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, wood working, sitting on the front porch and being outdoors. He loved spending time with family and friends, teasing and aggravating people.
In addition to his wife Kathryn, he is survived by his son, Richard Fields (Starr); grandchildren, Britney Fields (Wyatt), Michael Fields (Delaney), Daniel Fields (Kylie), Chloe Jo Foster, and Jack Foster; sisters-in-law, Wanda Fields Sunderland, Patti Lyons (Bruce); and special friends, Diane Johnson, the Harold McManus family, Chris and Brandi Nixon, and Linda Foster. He is predeceased by his brother, Herman Fields.
The family will receive friends Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 12:00-1:00 PM at Living Waters Funeral Home & Crematory, 529 Spartanburg Hwy. S., Lyman, SC 29365 with the service beginning at 1:00 PM. Pastor Billy Rice will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Breaking Bread for Jesus, P.O. Box 430, Lyman, SC 29365
