William Homer Flowers

William was a fun member of our class of 1960!! We had some good times from elementary school through high school & lots of family times together! As the days and weeks pass may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

As a kid vacationing at the Gulf for years, I experienced so many things I never would have tried, thanks to Bill - gigging flounder (unsuccessfully), feeding a dolphin right out of our hand (successful!), and snorkeling for scallops (once in a lifetime!). Watching the sunset while shrimping was the BEST - and learning the EXACT moment when it was time to get off the water as a storm rolled in - let's go, let's go, let's GO!! And getting to sample the first fish out of the fryer. Great times! Rest in peace, Bill.
