William "Todd" Freund, age 60, of Manitowoc, passed away Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Aurora Medical Center of Sheboygan.

Todd was born on March 28, 1965, in Manitowoc, a son of the late William H. and Dorothy A. (Komorowaski) Freund. He grew up in Manitowoc and was a 1983 graduate of Manitowoc Lutheran High School. Todd owned and operated Wallstreat Grill in Manitowoc and later worked for various restaurants in the area. He enjoyed fishing and creating custom fishing rods, as well as volunteering for the Northeastern Wisconsin Great Lakes Sport Fishermen (NEWFLSF) club. Todd also loved cooking for all family celebrations. He was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church.

Survivors include: one brother and sister-in-law: Jeffrey (Dawn) Freund, Tripoli; his fiancée: Lisa Smith, Manitowoc; one niece: Alexis Freund, New Frankin; one nephew: Jordan Freund, Mishicot; his fiancée Lisa's children: Amber Smith, Appleton, Kyle (Iris) Smith, Glenbeulah; cousins and other friends. He was preceded in death by his parents William H. and Dorothy A. Freund.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th St., Manitowoc. The Rev. Matthew Zimpelmann will officiate with burial of his cremated remains at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m.
