William Shepard "Bill" Gardiner

We are so very sorry to hear about Bill, we figure we have been friends for about 83 years, so many fond memories, we grew up in the same neighborhood and of course the friendship grew and continued through R PI.Carl and Billshared years of Boy Scouts and camping and canoeing in the Adirondack´s , probably where Bill developed his love of the land .
We were at Woodhull after our high school 50th reunion and I cought a beautiful fish,which Nancy cooked for our lunch., of course we will not forget about 5 years ago when we only stopped for a quick visit and our car died in their driveway, 4 days later we left when the car was repaired
Such hospitilatity by the two of them will make it easier to remember and cherish all the good times over a lifetime
