I am going to miss Bill so much. We were close friends for many years through NEV and CCEC. He was a very good friend to talk to and always had time to listen. Sending my condolences to his family. Rest in peace, my friend. Love, Samantha Conant.

I have had the privilege to have worked with Bill at New England Village's "Career and Community Exploration Center" program for little over 8 years. I will admit that I am quite saddened to hear of his recent passing. But, Bill really entruly was one of a kind. He and I always had such wonderful conversations with each other. And, always was such great friend. He even made my day each and everyday. Thank you Bill, for being such a great person. You were always so kind to me and everyone else at CCEC. May you rest in heavinly peace my friend. You will always and forever be loved, but, you will also be sorely missed.
