William Bernard Gleeson Jr.

My first knowledge of Bill was as a new rookie female Rotarian attending the Charter Night for the new Willmar Rotary Club. Bill's presentation along with much Rotary history was filled with his natural flare with humor ... I was immediately impressed with the level of professionalism consumate within Rotary International. Bill immediately became a friend to those on a first time meeting. I have fond memories of an extremely gifted, gentle, and caring person. Bill walked with God and his fellow man.

Bill was a very neat guy - a gentleman to the end and very conscientious about his affairs. In working with him on his insurance, he was one of the very few who read his insurance policies and always asked questions. He gave much to the St Louis Park Rotary Club, where I first met Bill, and it was a pleasure to talk to and work with him after he moved to Alexandria.
