Saddened to hear of Bills passing , we were stationed together on the USCGC Escanaba WMEC907, lots of good times and he always made you laugh . Gone to soon , he was a great guy and mentor for me during my first couple years on the ship. My condolences to the family and friends he leaves behind . Rest easy shipmate. Sincerely Robert Muller

Want to echo the sentiments put forward by Tom McNight and Joe Shultice - they articulately expressed the loss we all feel with Billy's passing. Fond memories of taking Amtrak to Billy and Mary's wedding, six of heading from Philadelphia to Boston for eight hours and glad to hear they remained close over these many years. Our love to Mary and the kids, Jimmy Leith

So sorry to hear this about Billy. Grew up with him in Philadelphia. Spent many a days hanging out at Amber playground. Was a great person. God bless Billy and his family.
