William Grogg Obituary
Bill had a distinguished career in public service, working for the US Government for over 30 years and retiring from the US Army Corps of Engineers Research Pier, Duck, NC.
Bill was an active member of the First Flight Lions Club, where he made many friends and contributed to his community.
He was a devoted husband to Sharon Humphrey Grogg for 63 years, and together they raised two daughters, Elizabeth Mae Young and Deborah Grogg Wilson (Joseph). Bill was also a proud grandfather to Katy Caison (Daniel), Corey Young, Christopher Young (Abby Blais), and Dalton Wilson, as well as a great-grandfather to Kolby Hatzgeiogiou and Magnola Caison. He is survived by his siblings, Jean Hitelberger and Robert Grogg (Charlene).
Bill will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who remember him as a kind and generous man.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service at this time.

Bill is my older Morrison cousin. As kids we had lots of fun together at our grandparents farm. Our moms were sisters. My mom was his Aunt Orville. As we aged we saw less of each other.
I know he was a good dad & husband. His dad was a great example.
My thoughts and prayers are with all he loved and loved him.
