William Arthur Harrison Sr.

William "Bill" Arthur Harrison Sr., 83, of Twelve Mile, IN. passed away December 2, 2025 surrounded by family.
Born on January 15, 1942 in Clymers, Indiana to the late Caylus Alfred and Nettie (LaBounty) Harrison.
On March 13, 1971, William married Anna Marie Wilson in a heartfelt ceremony at her parents' home.
Throughout his life, William dedicated himself to hard work, spending many years as a truck driver with Waste Management and Byers Disposal.
William proudly served his country during the Vietnam era as a member of the Army National Guard, honoring both duty and community with his commitment.
William lived life with a spark of adventure. Known on the airwaves by his CB handle "Skylark," he found joy on the CB radio. He loved motorcycles, cars, fishing, and roller skating. He cheered for the Cubs and found excitement at Kokomo Speedway's figure 8 races.
Surviving are his wife Anna Harrison; son, William "Billy" Harrison Jr., of Twelve Mile; daughter, Melissa (Deborah) Harrison, of Clymers; grandchildren, DeAnna Mae (Joshua) Daughetry, Branden Harrison, Alex (Jazzmyn) Harrison, Jamie Miller, Joshua Harrison, Jacob Harrison and Jason Harrison; several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Caylus Alfred Jr., John Herbert "Jack" and Jerry Lee Harrison; sisters, Doris Marlene and Maxine Larose Harrison; son, Jack Harrison and daughter-in-law, Trudie Harrison.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, in Fisher Funeral Chapel, with a funeral celebrating William's life beginning at 1 p.m.
Interment will follow in the Clymer's Cemetery will full military honors.
