Just learned of Bill's passing. Bill was a perfectionist in the antique car community, especially knew everything about the 40 Ford coupe. He built our car from the ground up, after a botched restoration. He and Reese came to Bandon to see what we had before he committed to the project. We became friends with Bill and Reese during this process. A lovely, devoted couple. Bill's eyes twinkled when he was working on our 40 Coupe. Such a blessing to see someone loving their hobby with zeal. God bless the family. Know Bill and Reese Haynes left a legacy of love - a loss to us all.

Almost 30 years ago we worked with Bill to designed and built our home. In the process Bill and Reese became friends and neighbors. Hardly a day goes by that we do not reflect and appreciate his vision and role in developing our delightful neighborhood overlooking Garden Valley. His legacy is not only his skill and art in building custom homes but in the pride of their owners. Bill never stopped making things better. He will be missed but remembered.

I will never forget the many times I came to see Tony, and his Dad Bill would take me to his shop to tell me about the cars he was building. My gosh, he did some amazing work!

He not only was a loving husband, Dad, and Grandfather; but loved and respected by all who knew him. Heaven has gained a saint, but he certainly will be missed here on Earth.
