William "Bill" C. Justus, 64, of Quincy, passed away Friday, January 23, 2026, at his home in Quincy, IL. A visitation will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 4 pm to 7 pm at O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home in Quincy, IL. A Funeral Ceremony will be at 10 am Friday, January 30, 2026, at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home in Quincy. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Quincy, IL.
