My deepest condolences to the Kain family for their loss of Bill. I met him through the horse world. I was a stallion handler at Ashford Stud and later stallion manager at Hopewell Farm. During that time I bred several mares for him and Southern Way farm. I also train Border Collies so when I would stop by the dealership we would talk about our mutual love of dogs, horses and of course, cars. For some reason he would never let me test drive a Mustang GT. I suppose he knew me a little too well!
He was a fine man and will be sorely missed. Godspeed Bill.

Billy Kain, you were a wonderful classmate, friend, and teammate to many at St. Leo school and parish. It was a blessing to receive so many sacraments with you from 1972-1986. You had a big heart, warm hands to hold, and big arms to hug. Your smile brightened everyday of our childhood in the classroom, playground, and on any adventures we would take. In this picture from 4th grade, you are all the way in the back row to the right. In our spirits, we are all praying and singing toward you as you become known a new community in eternal life. Until we all come together with you, much love & blessings to you.

Bill was such a welcoming part of Kain Ford. He had such a warm, genuine spirit and made each customer feel valued. I am praying for peace and comfort to his family, including his Kain Ford family and his beloved dogs.

I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was a very kind and thoughtful person who always made me feel welcome and like part of the family when I visited the store. Prayers for peace and comfort for the entire family.

I was "Billy´s" 6th-7th grade teacher at St. Leo. He was such a delightful student and I have wonderful memories of working with him. I thought of him every time I passed Kain Ford. May God comfort his family and friends in the days to come.

Just Meet Bill In October of 2025. One of the nicest People I have ever met. He kept finding discounts for me on the Escape that I was buying. Just talked to him this past Friday when I stopped by the dealer ship to ask a question. So sorry to hear of his passing at such a young age.

Bill Kain was always very nice to me. Part of why I helped my son buy a car from Jack Kain Ford was because of how Bill and the rest of the staff were always very kind.

I met Bill at his Dad´s funeral! He was very nice to me! Showed me how to get back to Midway! He will be missed! Love Bill!
