William Thomas Kapeller

Bill was my neighbor. He was the very definition of a good neighbor. I can't count the number of times he helped us out. From letting us borrow tools, to keeping an eye on the place when we were away, helping us fix anything that was broken, bringing us fish from his trips, keeping us entertained with stories and tales, checking in on us, and just being a good friend and human. I'm going to miss him terribly. My condolences to his family and friends.
