Bill was a great neighbor and friend we were neighbors in Columbia, sc for many years. May god bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I will always remember Bill as the gentle giant that he was, and will be forever grateful for the part he played in the caring of my kids back in mid 80's. He was always to me the personification of what a good Christian man, husband and father looked like and how they should behave. I am saddened in his transitioning but full of joy because I know he is with the Lord. I would ask that the father of mercies grant each of you peace and comfort your hurting hearts. Hold fast to your memories knowing you will see him again when you get there.

He was always willing to help anyone he thought could use his help.He had told me to say when he died,he wanted me to say "Bill Karnickey did it!" Bill Karnickey did it!
