William “Bill” Ernest Kendricks, 74, of Hunt TX, passed away on December 28, 2025 surrounded by family.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William A. Kendricks and Loma J. Kendricks, and his sisters, Joyce A. Eldridge, Lilly F. Martin, and Martha L. Sailor.
He is survived by his brother, Robert A. Kendricks; and sisters, Donna K. Hawkins, Dorothy J. Fletcher, Mona J. Dunn, and Mary E. Woodward; along with daughters, Lori Page, Carrie Wilson, and Natasha Nesbit; and son, Michael Nesbit and eight grandchildren.
Bill served in the U.S. Army from 1971 to 1974. After the army, his passion for helping people led him to nursing, which he did for 44 years before retiring in 2022. After retirement, Bill enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow with full military honors, 2:30PM, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
