William Neil Kettering

I was saddened to learn of Bills passing on the day his funeral was to be held St. Mark Church, Vienna, VA. Unfortunately, Peggy and I could not attend.

Bill and I were Diplomatic Security (DS) colleagues. We served together in the DS Overseas Programs Office in Washington, DC circa 1999-2000. During that time and fortunately for me, we carpooled and Bill offered to do all of the driving as I was recovering from foot surgery. I remember him as friendly, quiet and kind man.
