William was born on October 29, 1958 and passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018. William was a resident of Sylvania, Ohio at the time of passing. Bill proudly served his country in the US Army and then continued his education earning a Doctor of Law Degree. In lieu of flowers, please consider tributes in William's name to the Autism Society of Northwest Ohio, 6629 Central Ave. #1, Toledo, OH 43617 or the Wire Fox Terrier Rescue Midwest, WFT Rescue Midwest, P.O. Box 21, Mokena, Illinois 60448.
