William A. "Bill" Kindon, 65, of Murchison, died Monday, December 23, 2024. He was born on April 19, 1959, to Ruby Dell McCeig and William Doyle Kindon, in Henrietta, Texas.
Survivors include his daughter, Jeri Beth Sterling and her husband, Stephen, of Vidor; siblings, Judy Seaton, Theresa Harris, and Nina Sue Watts; mother-in-law, Sherry Adams; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great- niece.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beth Adams Kindon; son, Adam Kindon; and brother, John Henry Kindon.
Bill was the middle child of ve siblings and grew up in a full household. After graduating from Mexia High School, he went on to attend secondary education at Navarro College and Sam Houston State University where he met the love of his life, Beth. They married in 1980 and had two wonderful children. Bill spent many years working as a re ghter and paramedic and later transitioned to safety/medical on various pipelines.
In their free time, he and his wife enjoyed cruising in the Gulf. After retiring, he spent his days farming, dreaming about hunting, and working on home repair projects for various family members. He was always willing to lend a hand and help pass on his assorted skills to anyone ready to learn. He loved big and will be sorely missed by all he touched.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ruby's Safe Haven, P.O. Box 523, Murchison, Texas 75778.
A memorial service for Mr. Kindon will be held outside of Athens, Texas on January, 25, 2025. Please reach out to a family member for more information if you are interested in attending. His cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard's Crematorium under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
