William Krone Langner

Memorial Services are planned for Lieutenant Colonel Bill Langner, Retired. Mr. Langner died August 15, 2012 at Mullican Care Center in Savoy. Mr. Langner was born January 9, 1926 in New Jersey to parents, Karl "Charles" Krone Langner and Johanna M. (Duch) Langner. He married Rudene Patterson on April 12, 1982. He started flying airplanes when he was 15 years old & continued his love of flying until 2003. He retired after 27 years of service in the United States Air Force at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is survived by his wife, Rudene; daughter, Belinda Engler; brother, Richard Langner & Wanda; sister, Virginia Reidel; sister-in-law, Laverne Edmiaston; four grandchildren, Jessica Reynolds & Jimmy, Terra Hackett & Dan Drobrowalski, Gary Hackett, and Callie Engler. A memorial service is planned by his family at 5:30 P.M., Friday, August 31, 2012 at Mullican-Little Chapel in Bells.
