To Billy's family,
To all of us at the Cancer Center, Billy was a very special person. He withstood tough treatments with courage, dignity and always a smile. We were all excited to share in his last day of chemotherapy on that Monday when we heard of his passing the day before. The clinic was very quiet that day, and a few tears shed for a life ended way too soon. As nurses we are not supposed to have "favorites", but Billy broke that rule quickly. He was so brave, and oh so kind - he always said "thank you" when he left, even after we had just put him through the difficulties of chemotherapy. Please know that all of our hearts were broken and he will always be remembered with love.
Linda, RN and the entire staff at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center

As many of his friends online, I knew Bill as Mithran. An outstanding person, leader, and friend. We overcame a multitude of challenges, and shared many laughs along our journey. My condolences to the family. Mith, you will be missed. <3

I knew Billy as Mithran. A Shaman of epic standing who stood against the forces of digital dragon evils. He had friends across continents without ever leaving his house. He inspired and annoyed and entertained people he never got to meet IRL yet we will carry him with us for all time. He will forever be our Spirit Rezzer and we can't wait to see him again.
