William Mangels

Bill was a wonderful person and although I only knew Bill and Lil for a short time after meeting then in Florida, I considered them my friends. I learned late of his passing, but think of him often and miss knowing I can't ring him to chat. I hope there was a boat waiting for him in heaven.
