William A. "Bill" McDougall, 65, of Newman Avenue, Johnston, passed away on Monday October 27th in the Hospice Intake Center in Providence.

Born in Austin, TX, a son of Mary A. (Moran) McDougall and the late John A. McDougall. He had lived in Johnston his whole life.

He had worked as a Tow Truck Operator for Mike's Towing. He had also worked at Electric Boat in Quonset before retiring. He had been a deliveryman for Sears.

He was an avid fisherman. the last few years, he really enjoyed watching Westerns. He adored his grandchildren and loved animals.

He leaves his sons, Jason P. McDougall and his wife Stephanie of Coventry and Peter C.W. McDougall and his fiancée Kristen of Warwick. He was the grandfather of Ella, Olivia, Liliana and Landon. He was the brother of John J. McDougall and his wife Monica of Cumberland, David M. McDougall and his wife Robin of Johnston and Heather McDougall of Johnston. He was the brother of the late Scott A. McDougall.

A Visitation will be held on Monday November 3rd from 4pm to 7pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. His funeral will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to RISPCA, 155 Plan Way, Warwick, RI 02886

Very sad to hear of my friend Billy's passing he was a Genuine person and friend that everyone could count on he was always there for everyone and everything you will be sadly missed by many it was a privilege and honor to have known you for so many years rest in peace Billy sending the MCDOUGALL family my heartfelt condolences
