It is with a sadden heart that I hear of the passing of Bill. He was a scholar and a gentleman. He was my supervisor in contracts when I moved to Charleston from Virginia in 1995. Bill was an expert in government contracting and was willing to share his knowledge and expertise with everyone. He was a kind and gentle giant. To the family: I am so sorry for your loss. Rest in Peace dear friend Bill McDowell. You will always be a footprint in my life.

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. You can be assured that God feel your pain. You can call to God in your distress and he answered you. (Psalms 120:1) May you trust in God at all times and pour out your heart before him. He will hear your cry for help and give you comfort. Your family and friends have my deepest condolences.

Uncle Bill; Thank you for all the childhood memories. Coming to Charleston year after year was always fun for me, whether it was going to Folly Beach, going out to eat (Trawler), eating mustard greens grown in your garden, or just a place for the family to go. You will be missed by many!
