My name is Bill Bartell. My twin brother Michael and I knew Bill very well. We played football together at West and hung out from time to time while at Chaney. We got together at reunions and discussed the good old days. I am very sorry for your loss and I will miss him. Please believe he is in a better place and we will see him again.
