William McQueen Obituary

William G. McQueen took his final breath on November 19, 2025, at Fairfield Medical Center. He was born to William McQueen and Lauretta P. Morone in Columbus, Ohio on January 15, 1957.

He was the youngest of five siblings, Vicky (Tony) Ritchie, Joyce Hammons, Lauretta Dillon; and Brucie (Al) Johnson. William had eight children, Angie Looney, Mary Farmer (Jared Hiles), Lauretta McQueen (Debbie Osborn), Thersa Mullett, Billy (Charlee) McQueen, Stephen McQueen, Sarah (Brandon) McCleary and Robbie Orris; and a bonus child, Ella Borders. William is also survived by too many grandchildren to count; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; aid and good friend, Monica Strawser.

William is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Vicky, Joyce, and Brucie; bonus child. Ella Borders; and great-granddaughter, Elizabeth M. Fitch.

William loved to fish, play pool and basketball. Mostly he loved spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed. Burial with military honors to be held Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 10:00am, at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
