Margaret, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's death. Curtis, my brother-in-law, who now lives in Florence, SC, told me. Bill's life is a legacy and it will shine for many years. May God bless you, your sons, and family. May Bill rest in peace, Amen. Judy

Our deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. My wife and I graduated from Lander University in 1997 and 1996 respectively, and we still speak very fondly of our encounters with Dr. Moran. He made a major impact on so many lives.

There was no finer friend, colleague and administrator. His contributions to South Carolina and Winthrop University are a continuing legacy.

I greatly enjoyed working with Dr. Moran at Lander and keeping in touch with him since he retired; he was one of the great positive influences in my life. Gil and I will miss him.

Dear Moran Family, So sorry to hear about Bill. Ross and I thought so much of Bill when he was at FMU. Ross passed away on 10/24/2007 so I'm certain that he and Bill will talk a lot. Love, Jan
