William Morefield Obituary
He was a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ross Morefield; brother-in-law, Larry Gregg.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Morefield of Newport; son, William (Bill) Morefield, Jr. of Morristown; mother, Beatrice (Bea) Morefield of Newport; sister, Diane Gregg of White Pine; sister-in-law, Wanda Brooks of Newport; brother-in-law, John Brooks of Greeneville; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday, Nov. 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Manes Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Leon Large officiating.
Entombment will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1 in Resthaven Memorial Mausoleum.
Arrangements by Manes Funeral Home.
