William H. "Bill" Norman, age 68, passed away peacefully at his home on September 12, 2024.
He was born January 4, 1956 to Harold and Ida (Westergard) Norman in Omaha, NE. Bill was a lifelong resident of Omaha. He graduated from Benson High and was the owner and operator of Bill's Mechanical Service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Norman Jr.
Bill is survived by his wife, Darlene Norman; extended family, Angie Brizendine, Sean & Emily Trotter, Helen and William Trotter Jr.; grandchildren, Lonnie, Joshua and Jessie Brizendine, Jessie and Justen Logan, Garrett, Matthew and Nicholas Trotter, Hayden and Lindsay Trotter; Ashley Sublet "Special Angel"; great grandchildren, Jayce "Special Buddy" and Kinsley Logan, Chloe Brizendine; a host of other family and friends.
VISITATION will be held from 12 to 1 p.m., at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 1 p.m.., at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. INTERMENT will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Nebraska Humane Society.
