I still miss him so much. Deacon Bill got me thru the anger and sadness of my mom's stroke and offered prayers, comfort and advice during that time. He was my rock during times of stress within the family, someone to turn to even just to "vent " my frustrations. I will always remember his kindness (and jokes)!

Dear Fran and family, I am deeply saddened by the passing of Deacon Bill. His Faith and genuine kindness have helped me through some troubling times in my own life. I looked forward every day to the jokes he sent my way. I am blessed to have known him. Rest in Peace, Deacon Bill.

Fran and family, I was a Eucharistic Minister with Bill at Sacred Heart and at St. Joachim Parish. I do not know if you will remember, but I made Bill's retirement cake at Sacred Heart. I was acquainted with Bill for many years and always looked forward to seeing him. He was a wonderful, funny and warm human being, who I will really miss. God must have missed him too. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bill was our beloved deacon at Sacred Heart for many years. He was personable, kind-hearted, hard working, and just a genuine human being. The world has lost a good man, but God has gained his faithful servant!

To the family of Deacon Norquist: I was so sad to read of Deacon Bill's passing. He was humble, kind and just a very lovely person, as well as a man of faith. I enjoyed seeing Deacon Bill at Mass and serving with him as a Eucharistic Minister.
We will all miss him at St. Joaquim's. My deepest sincere condolences to his family.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill at Square One. He is loved by all. I also enjoyed seeing him as a Deacon and hearing a homily. God welcomed Bill with open arms. His family will miss him but he will always be looking over them.
