To the O'Brien and Meissner families,
Our sincere condolences on the passing of Billy. My Aunt Eileen and Billy were pals as children and were also cousins. She is 94 now and is very saddened by this news. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time.

We are forever grateful for William's service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service. To our Brother of the Phin we say, Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. Our Hearts Go Out To George & Mary Obrien & Family. Uncle Billy will be never forgotten as he is now in God's Heaven as Our Guardian Angel for many of us. May God Bless Uncle Billy's Noble Soul. Til We Meet Again As He Awaits Us At The Doors Of God's Kingdom.
