William Brendan Ocarroll

William Brendan Ocarroll, aged 61, passed away on March 4, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. Born on September 26, 1964, William was known for his loveable personality, a sense of humor that could light up any room, and a remarkable ability to make friends with everyone he met.

William dedicated 30 years of his professional life to Xerox and Domtar, where he was respected for his work ethic and camaraderie. Outside of his career, he cherished time spent outdoors, particularly deep-sea fishing and enjoying Bon fires with his family, activities that brought him immense joy and peace.

A devoted family man, William is survived by his wife, Patricia Ocarroll; children , Michael Pourteau, Leanna Drewing, Alexis Glass (Adam), and Emily Glass (Austin); grandchildren, Kaylee, Quinn, Harper, and Greyson; brother, John Ocarroll (Karen); sisters, Sharon Cahill, Maureen Duffy (Tom), and Patricia Foley (Joe); and cousin, Chuck Skoglund. All his nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, John Cahill, and his parents, Brendan Paul Ocarroll and Dorothy Ocarroll.

Services to honor and celebrate his life will be held at Divine Savior Lutheran Church, 1025 North Buckman St., Shepherdsville, KY 40165. On 3/14/2026 at 11:30 am William's life story is not just about his achievements but also the warmth and deep connections he fostered with all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
