William B. Owens

William (Bill) B. Owens, age 82, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026 of Ambridge, Pa. Born to John "Jack" Owens Jr. and Ethelyn Yaley Owens on 10/9/1944. Brother of John "Jack" (Nancy) Owens of State College and David (Gloria) Owens of Hampton Twp. Adoring Stepfather of Ronald (Melanie) Schiller. Father of Kirk (Josie) Owens and Theresa (Kent Kelley) Owens. Grandfather of Leo, Matthew, and Rylee Speicher. Uncle to John and Michael Owens of State College. Bill loved spending time with his people at The American Legion, the Eagles, and K & N Restaurant in Ambridge. Bill was very passionate about being a retired Navy veteran of 24 years. To anyone who knew him, knew he would talk your ear off about the places he traveled, being deathly afraid to swim, and his weekend passes.

In accordance with Bill's wishes, there will be no visitation. A direct burial will be done at Allegheny County Memorial Park , 1600 Duncan Avenue, Allison Park, PA 15101.
