William Henry Oxendine

William Henry Oxendine, 36, of Norwood, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

Will was born March 4, 1988, in Stanly County, North Carolina to Terri Howard and the late Edison Oxendine.

He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Shirley Howard and William Howard, Jr. 

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm - 4:00pm, Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 10:00 am at Center Rural Volunteer Fire Department, Station 1 located at 116 South Main St. in Norwood, NC 28128 officiated by Rev. John C. Black. Parking will be available at Norwood First Presbyterian Church and Norwood First Baptist Church. Burial will immediately follow at Norview Gardens at 949 Pee Dee Ave, Norwood, NC 28128.

Survivors include wife, Britanee Stone Oxendine of Norwood, NC; children, Warren Oxendine and Jabin Oxendine of Norwood, NC; mother, Terri Howard of Albemarle, NC; aunts, Sherri Howard of Albemarle, NC; Tammy Richey (Kenny) of High Point, NC; and cousin, Ann Oxendine of Norwood, NC.
