William Ridgley Parr, affectionately known as Bill, age 78, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025. He was born on November 19, 1946 to the late William and Thelma Parr-St. Jean; beloved husband of Patricia Burns; cherished brother of Lorraine (Frank) Shipley, Gail (Norbert) Vergez, Susan (Brian) Smith; dear brother in law of Cindy Parr, Bill Godman; step father of Patrick Burns and Amanda Wysocki; grandfather of Nathan Frank, McKenzie Primrose, Leif Burns, Jesse Wysocki; also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends. Bill is preceded in death by his step father, Lawrence St. Jean and siblings Karen Godman and Craig Parr.
A visitation will be held on Friday from 3pm – 7pm with Military Honors beginning at 5pm.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Bill’s memory to Tunnel to Towers or a charity of your choice.
